    Welcome to the Performance Pet Foods Rewards Program, powered by Smile. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

    How to Earn Points:

    You can earn points through these actions:

    • Sign Up: 200 points

    • Follow us on Instagram: 100 points

    • Like us on Facebook: 100 points

    • Place an Order: Earn 1 points for every $1 spent (product subtotal only)

    Points are automatically added to your account once the action is completed. You must be logged in with the same email used at checkout.

    How to Redeem Points:

    Your points can be redeemed for the following rewards:

    • $1 Off: 100 points

    • $5 Off Coupon: 500 points

    You can apply these rewards during checkout. Only one reward can be used per order, and rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.

    Referral Program

    • Referrals must be genuine new customers.

    • Only one email address and one phone number per person may be used.

    • Referral rewards will not be granted if fraudulent or duplicate accounts are detected.

    • We reserve the right to cancel referral benefits if terms are violated or misuse is suspected.

    📌 Additional Terms:

    • Points are earned on the product subtotal only, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

    • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Points may expire after 12 months of inactivity.

    • If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from that order will be removed.

    • We reserve the right to change or terminate the program or its terms at any time.

    Redeeming your points is quick and easy!

    1. Log in to your account at www.performancepetfoods.com.au

    2. Click on the Rewards Icon (bottom left corner of the screen)

    3. Select “Ways to Redeem”

    4. Choose the reward you want:

      • $1 Off = 100 points

      • $5 Off Coupon = 500 points

      • You’ll receive a discount code to use at checkout. Just copy and paste it!

    🐶 Note: Only one reward can be used per order and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
